Electric Bike Rental
- Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the rental agreement and ends on the date and time specified in the rental agreement or upon the return of the electric bike to the shop, whichever occurs first.
- Rental Fees: Rental fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Rental fees include the cost of the electric bike rental and any applicable taxes.
- Insurance: The renter is responsible for the full cost of any damage to the electric bike.
- Maintenance and Repairs: The renter is responsible for all maintenance and repairs to the electric bike during the rental period, including but not limited to tire inflation, battery charging, and lubrication.
- Use of the Electric Bike: The renter must use the electric bike in a safe and responsible manner and must comply with all applicable traffic laws. The renter must not operate the electric bike under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Prohibited Uses: The renter must not use the electric bike for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to, racing, off-road use, or any other use prohibited by law.
- Termination: The shop may terminate this rental agreement at any time if the renter breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the shop and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the rental of the electric bike.
- Governing Law: This rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Southern District of Florida
This rental agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
E-bike Maintenance Services
The company provides maintenance services for all makes and models of e-bikes. However, the company is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred before the maintenance process, also the customer is responsible for ensuring the electric bicycle is in a safe condition before dropping it off.
The customer must also pick up the electric bicycle within the agreed-upon timeframe, or the company reserves the right to charge additional daily fees for storage. Additionally, the company does not guarantee or provide any warranties regarding the e-bike’s performance or suitability after the maintenance services have been completed.
The customer is solely responsible for determining the e-bike’s suitability after maintenance.
