- If the electric bike purchased from our company is found to be defective, customers have a 7-
day window to return it. - To initiate the return process, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
- The bike must be returned in its original condition, including all components and accessories.
- Before processing the return, our company may conduct an inspection to determine the cause
of the defect. - If the defect is attributed to manufacturing, our company will either replace the bike or provide
a full refund. - However, if the defect is a result of customer misuse, the return may not be accepted, and the
customer will be responsible for any repair costs incurred. - Customers are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return.
- Our company reserves the right to modify or alter the refund policy at any time.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned electric bike.
Warranty
- Our company honors the original factory warranty provided by the brands we sell in-store and
on our website. - The warranty covers defects in materials, including the frame, display, motor, and battery of the
electric bike. - However, the factory warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from
abuse or neglect, or damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance. - If the electric bike was purchased through the factory’s website, customers should contact the E-bike factory’s webpage to initiate the warranty claim process. Conversely, if the purchase was made through our store’s website, the claim process will be initiated and handled by our store.
- Our company will repair or replace any defective parts covered under the warranty.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, our company will issue a full refund or store credit.
- This factory warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
- Our company reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty without prior notice.
